Church building projects require a comprehensive understanding of each ministry and the needs represented to fulfill ministry vision.

Kinetic uses a team of architects, designers, engineers, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers throughout the project to eliminate waste, cut costs, improve productivity, and create positive outcomes for the Owner. We organize, lead and manage the design build process during the visioning, planning, budgeting, stewardship process, design, construction, and post-construction phases to improve the project schedule and control costs.

Utilizing our design/build process our clients gain a single source of responsibility and accountability, enhanced communication, and accurate contractor input earlier in the process to determine what materials and methods will maximize the client’s budget.
